Cancellation Policy:

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but you won’t be charged until your visit. Your card is kept on file in case we need to apply our cancellation/no show policy.

Life happens — we get it! You can cancel or modify your appointment up to 3 hours before your appointment at no charge. Simply visit your account through the booking site to make modifications, or call/text the studio at 440.241.9323

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 3 hours before your appointment will incur a $20 late cancellation fee. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged a $30 fee. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 3 hours of your appointment, please contact the studio directly. Appointments booked within 24 hours of the appointment are still subject to the Cancellation Policy.
